What Our Accessible Toilet Service Covers

Last updated: October 2026

Maryland Toilet Pros provides accessible porta potty rentals in Brandywine, including delivery, placement, pickup, and servicing when those items are listed in your order. Tell us about the site, intended use, access route, and rental dates so we can confirm what the requested setup requires. A ramp, special placement, extra servicing, or replacement unit may need separate approval and charges.

The unit and its placement do not by themselves ensure compliance with every accessibility or site rule. The 2010 ADA Standards Sections 213, 603, and 604 address accessible toilet facilities; ADA Title III applies to public accommodations.

Construction sites may have sanitation duties under OSHA 29 CFR 1926.51©. Customers remain responsible for permits, including applicable Prince George’s County temporary-use permits, and for site access.

Maryland sewage disposal rules (COMAR 26.04.02) and the Clean Water Act prohibit improper sewage handling or discharge to storm drains. Work outside the written order requires a separate agreement.

Booking Dates, Changes, and Cancellations

Appointments are arranged by phone or email and confirmed after we review the requested service, location, dates, access, and unit needs. Delivery and pickup timing depends on availability and site conditions; ask us to confirm the schedule in writing.

Provide notice as early as possible if you need to cancel, move a date, change the delivery location, or alter the rental period. Any cancellation charge or deadline will be stated in your quote or confirmation; no unstated fee is created by this section.

A change to the number or type of units, placement, servicing frequency, or access requirements may affect the price and schedule. We will explain the change and obtain your approval before doing added work, except where immediate action is needed to address a safety issue or legal requirement. Please keep the site accessible and tell us promptly about closures, blocked routes, or other conditions that could prevent scheduled work.

Quotes, Charges, and Payment Terms

A quote describes the accessible unit and services requested, rental dates, delivery and pickup, any stated servicing, and the expected charge. It is based on the information you provide and may need revision if site conditions or requested work differ.

Ask us to clarify anything unclear before approving. A quote is not a confirmation until Maryland Toilet Pros accepts the order and confirms the schedule.

Payment timing and accepted payment methods will be stated in the quote, invoice, or written confirmation. Pay the amount due by the stated date.

Taxes, extra service, extended rental time, difficult access, or other approved changes may affect the final total if applicable and disclosed. We will seek your approval before adding work that changes the agreed scope, except when action is required for immediate safety or legal compliance.

No specific price or financing offer is promised by these terms. Contact us promptly if you believe an invoice does not match the approved order.

What We Stand Behind

Maryland Toilet Pros will perform the services described in the accepted order with reasonable care and will address a reported problem with our work after reviewing it. These terms do not establish a blanket warranty, a guaranteed service life, or a fixed coverage period. Any specific warranty, duration, remedy, or equipment coverage must be stated in writing in your quote or service confirmation.

Contact us promptly if a unit or completed service appears defective, and provide the service location, date, and a clear description of the issue. Our review may include an inspection or request for photographs.

Coverage may not apply to damage or problems caused by misuse, vandalism, unauthorized changes, unusual site conditions, blocked access, or work performed by someone else. This section does not limit rights that cannot legally be waived.

A request for warranty service does not automatically approve additional work or charges; we will discuss those with you before proceeding.

Responsibility for Site Conditions and Losses

To the extent allowed by law, Maryland Toilet Pros’ responsibility for a claim arising from the services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to that claim. This limit does not apply where prohibited by law, including liability that cannot legally be excluded. We are not responsible for pre-existing site conditions, inaccessible or unsafe placement areas, or a customer’s failure to obtain required approvals, except to the extent our own conduct caused the loss.

Customers must arrange lawful site access and follow applicable requirements. The 2010 ADA Standards Sections 213, 603, and 604 and ADA Title III may apply to accessible toilet facilities and public accommodations; OSHA 29 CFR 1926.51© addresses construction sanitation.

Maryland sewage disposal rules include COMAR 26.04.02, and sewage must not be discharged to storm drains under the Clean Water Act. Applicable Prince George’s County temporary-use permits are the customer’s responsibility unless the written order says otherwise. These references do not certify that a particular site or setup complies.

Questions About These Service Terms

For questions about these terms or an order, contact Maryland Toilet Pros at (844) 402-2049 or quote@adaaccessibleportapottybrandywinemd.top. Mail may be sent to Brandywine Medical Office Building, 7704 Matapeake Business Dr, Brandywine, MD 20613. Include your name, service address, and quote or invoice details so we can identify the matter.

We may revise these terms as our practices or legal obligations change. The current version will be posted with the page, and material changes will be communicated through an updated page or directly to affected customers when appropriate.

Changes do not alter an already accepted order unless you and Maryland Toilet Pros agree in writing or the law requires otherwise. The terms provided with your accepted quote or confirmation govern that order in case of a difference.

If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining terms continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
